Bob Ferguson started BreakFree in 2014 along with a long list of associates and partnerships he's developed over a 30-year career in the electronics and pharmaceutical chemical industries.  He is also a Predicitive Index Certified Partner. Taking what he's learned, and with the help of several subject matter experts, he has helped  companies simplify their strategies.  He applies business intelligence that improves performance and efficiency, allowing you to BreakFree to achieve your goals.

Bob was most recently Executive Vice President of Electronic Materials, and President of Avantor Performance Materials Asia. Prior to joining Avantor, Bob held Executive positions at Veeco Instruments, Dow Electronic Materials, Rohm and Haas and Morton. Bob has spent nearly a decade living in Asia and directing both Global Business Units and Regional P&L’s. He has over 30 years’ experience in Electronic Materials with a heavy focus in sales and marketing excellence and business intelligence. In addition to his success in sales and marketing, he has been instrumental in leading several turnaround and transformational strategies that have enabled growth in revenue and profitability. Along with his continued involvement with several boards, ongoing retainers with clients he is helping to set strategies and provide leadership.

Mia Hanson is a Predictive Index Certified Partner. She also does all brand development, web site traffic growth, database management, office management, marketing and PR for BreakFree Strategies. She is a Marketing and Business Management Professional who spearheads principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, employing excellent business operation skills to successfully manage, monitor, and consistently grow revenues. She coordinates activities of business, including material analysis, shipping and receiving, inventory control, supervision of business operations, and financial administration.

Prior to her work with BreakFree Strategies, she owned a catering company in Shanghai China. She executed all licenses, managed P&L objectives, inventory, payroll, and operating costs. She controlled budgets, including payroll and sales.  Prior to living in China, she conceived, founded, and operated luxury item catalog company and managed all financials, purchasing, marketing, and sales of the company.  She has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science from Florida State University.

JP Ferguson joined BreakFree Strategies in July 2017 as VP of Client Relations. He is a west coast transplant, recently moving to the greater Philadelphia area after a career in Hospitality Management and Commercial Real Estate. Having worked in management for eight years at hotels such as The Hollywood Roosevelt and Pacific Edge Hotel, he has gained extensive experience in going "above and beyond" for his guests/clients/customers. Most recently he comes from Carr Workplaces where he was a General Manager of many of their co-working locations in California (Irvine, Pasadena, and San Francisco) where he worked alongside many companies and individuals as they started their businesses or were moving into high-growth mode.

Lisa Sable is a Predictive Index Certified Partner who is dedicated to helping mission driven organizations achieve accelerated growth. A seasoned business development professional, Lisa possesses industry-specific backgrounds in executive leadership development, financial technology and media, and has a skillset that includes consultative selling, strategic planning and integrated marketing.

Prior to joining BreakFree Strategies, Lisa was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Executive for Vistage, the leading business advisory and executive coaching organization, where she was responsible for managing and growing membership.  At FNX Solutions and GL Trade, Lisa operated in a global business environment, managing business interests on four continents.  Her experience in both traditional and digital media enabled her to provide focused solutions across a wide range of B2B and B2C industries.  

Lisa has an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University.
